Mulberry trio, 2012

Mulberry, oak, steel, milk-paint. 52L x 36H x 17.5W inches,

This is a truly organic table that highlights both the contrasts and the harmoniousness of its elements. The top, made from a tree that fell in New York City, provides rustic warmth, and the white legs, made from re-formed oak, teak, maple, and mahogany, are classical and austere. The stylistic differences between the table’s top and base provide appealing contrast, complementing each other while highlighting the natural uniqueness of each. This tall console table is designed with state-of-the-art accented steel and wood joints to facilitate simple assembly and disassembly.
